This shield cut weighs 6.31 carats.  It is clean and bright with rather desaturated color.  It is not dichroic.  Without the spectrometer I wouldn't have much more to say, but testing showed a good strong indication of copper.  Therefor I think the rough came from Mozambique and the gemstone would heat to a bright paraiba like green.  I did not expect this color of tourmaline to be cuprian.
