This round standard brilliant weighs 4.57 carats. Its evenly distributed inclusions do not impact the clarity of the gem very much. Its color consistency is unexceptional and its color is very similar to the color of TOURM 138 under incandescent light. I have had problems keeping myself from confusing them with each other when they are separated. I smiled when it turned out to have indications of copper with the spectrometer. The ability of copper to impart interesting visual effects in tourmaline that range from subtle to eye popping, warms the cockles of my heart.
